Handling of a claim related to an accident that occurred in the country where the injured and not guilty party has habitual residence while the vehicle of the guilty driver is registered in another foreign country. The damaged party can open a claim file for their damages to the Green card correspondent of the insurer for the respective country.
Example: An accident occurs in Italy between an Italian plated vehicle and/or an individual who has their habitual residence in Italy, and a Bulgarian plated vehicle that is the guilty party in the accident.
